GUDALUPE MARAVILLA’S SOUND BATH CEREMONIES @ RAIR

Sound Bath Ceremonies involve sitting or lying down comfortably and immersing oneself in a soundscape created by various instruments such as gongs, singing bowls or chimes. These experiences are believed to offer several potential benefits, including relaxation and stress reduction, emotional release, improved focus, concentration, and overall well-being. It is believed that the frequencies and vibrations correspond to energy centers within one’s body and have the ability to heal.

After a year long collaboration, RAIR is pleased to host fellowship artist Guadalupe Maravilla and his team of Sound Healers for a series of Sound Bath Ceremonies.

During his time at RAIR Maravilla has taken a deep dive into exploring the making of gongs as a healing instrument. RAIR and Maravilla have found and fabricated dozens of gongs that will be activated in the form of sound bath ceremonies hosed at RAIR over the course of 2 days.
